Contest Intro and rules.

Any contests that you see, hear or make feel free to post them here. Also, hopefully I will be posting contests for the forum =)

Notes: For each contest please make a new thread under the contest category. Also please keep all the contests clean and tasteful. If I or any of the mods/admins see anything inappropriate we will delete the post or the whole contest. Other than that, have fun =)
